SKELEC will close early for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
Basseterre, St. Kitts (December 21st, 2023)— The St. Kitts Electricity Company Ltd. wishes to inform the public that its offices will close half day on Friday 22nd December and Friday 29th December 2023 in observance of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The offices will be closed on the 25th and 26th December 2023 and reopen on 27th December. The offices will be closed on 1st and 2nd January 2024 and reopen 3rd January 2024 respectively. Please note that cashiers close at 11 am on the 22nd and 29th December.
During this period of closure bill payments can be made online using our Ebiz payment portal or through the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank, Republic Bank, and First Caribbean Bank portals. Customers can also drop off cheques at our cheque drop box at our main office. To access our 24/7 automated customer support system customers can call 465-2000 to make bill payments, report faults, and check bill balances.
