Ms. Scarborough is an experienced administrator having served 9 years as Personal Assistant to the Minister of Tourism, 5 years as a Labour Officer with focus on Occupational Health & Safety, and Policy & Labour Relations and now as the Personal Assistant to the Minister of Energy & Utilities et al.
